I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the lobby to my room. The hotel facilities were great and had everything I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. The location was perfect, as it was situated in the center of Hanoi, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation options. Additionally, the hotel was close to the motor cycle repair sector, which added a unique charm to my stay.

Located in the bustling heart of the city, we were close to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. the hotel was located in a noisy area, near the bustling motor cycle repair sector. While it had easy access to Halong Bay, the bathrooms were flooded with dirty water, and we didn't feel our room was safe, with no deadbolt or security chain.

They ignored our requests for basic amenities, such as a working heater, and instead tried to oversell us on activities and tours at inflated prices.

Spent Easter Weekend at a hotel in Hanoi and had a great time! the location was fantastic as it was within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. the staff was super friendly and assisted with all our needs. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi provided. We also appreciated the small touches like the provided toiletries and clean linens. a wonderful experience!

That the room was a bit cramped and the bathroom could have been cleaner. the shower didn't have great water pressure, but it was functioning.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city center of Hanoi. It was easy to get around and visit all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with clean linen and new amenities. I particularly appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the air conditioning, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

What a wonderful experience I had during my Easter break at this boutique hotel! The handmade wooden furniture was a nice touch, giving the room a sophisticated feel. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room, as it provided great value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a bustling neighborhood that had plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. The front staff was incredibly helpful and took care of everything I needed to enjoy my stay.

Although my experience was overall positive, there were a few minor hiccups that affected my stay. The hotel doors lacked a deadbolt and the security chain was broken, which did raise some safety concerns.
